TRIPLE MINORITY AND TRIPLE THREAT

Jason Alvarez is a performer trained in theatre, film, and dance from Florida. He strives to dive more into Black, Latino, and LGBTQ+ stories. One thing about him is that he has resilience and adaptability.

Jason recently graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Theatre with a Summa Cum Laude distinction. Additionally, Jason studied abroad through Theatre Academy London, where he collaborated and learned from working professionals in the West End industry. He was blessed enough to perform in mainstage productions, both student and professional film sets, dance theatre shows, and dance competitions such as World of Dance.

When he’s not on stage or in front of the camera, Jason is working out to Beyoncé, learning choreography from TikTok or YouTube, making use of his AMC A-Lister membership, or catching up on anime.

As a triple threat and triple minority, Jason dreams of telling stories through film (or theatre) that help marginalized communities feel seen and heard while providing an escape from reality.
